Welcome to Little House: Expressive Arts Therapy & Studio, where creativity and healing come together. As an expressive arts therapist, I am dedicated to helping children and adolescents navigate their emotions, find their voice, and discover their true selves. In our sessions, I create a safe and inclusive space for your child to explore their internal world. Through various art forms, such as painting, drawing, movement, and writing, we delve into the depths of their experiences, unraveling emotions that may have been held tightly within. My approach is holistic and strength-based, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or group. I firmly believe that every child has innate strengths and abilities waiting to be discovered, and I'm here to guide them on that journey towards wholeness. Together, we'll uncover the obstacles that may be holding your child and your family back, and we'll work collaboratively to overcome them.

While I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children and individuals struggling with eating disorders, separation/divorce, life transitions, anxiety, and depression, my doors are open to all who seek support and growth. You don't need to be an artist or have any prior art experience to benefit from expressive arts therapy. Our sessions embrace the process rather than focusing solely on the end product. It's about the exploration, the self-discovery, and the healing journey.
